Did you forget to find the second partial product? That is, did you multiply by the 2 and forget to multiply by the 1 in front of it? The part we had done was:
.2568  ×  128 1stpartialproducts →  .5348  →  2.568 1stcompleteproduct →  3.3148
Now we continue by multiplying the fractional part only of the first complete product by 128:
1stcompleteproduct →  3.3148  ×  128 2ndpartialproducts →  .6308  →  3.148
Sum the second partial products and you will have the second complete product. The integral part of the second complete product is the second digit in the decimal equivalent of .2568.
