Your answer :

(3²)(3⁰) = 1.

Well, now, all you have to do here is to use the old rule

(b^m)(bⁿ) = b^(m + n).

In this case, b = 3, m = 2, and n = 0. So you have

(3²)(3⁰) = 3^(2 + 0) = 3⁽²⁾.

Now 3² doesn’t equal 1, does it?
