368 = 24010.
You must have written 368 in the expanded form as
368 = 3(82) + 6(81)
which is incorrect.
Remember that when we deal with whole numbers, the right-hand digit is always the coefficient of the 0 power of the base, the next digit to the left is the coefficient of the 1st power of the base, and so on. So the correct expansion is
368 = 3(81) + 6(80).
