You seem to have multiplied both the integral and the fractional part of each product by 8, instead of multiplying only the fractional part - the part to the right of the decimal point. Here is what you seem to have done:
.6328125  ×  8 5.0625000  ×  8 40.5000000  ×  8 324.0000000
You then used the first digit of each integral part of your answer. You should multiply only the fractional part of each successive product. That way, the integral part of each successive product will be a single integer (which may be 0).
